Statutes - The purpose of YAQU PACHA e.V. is to carry out and promote projects that serve the protection, conservation and study of aquatic mammal species in Latin America. The type of projects to be carried out and promoted is determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Advisory Board. The association also aims to spread interest in species conservation projects to all sections of the population.
The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes.
