Statutes – The purpose of the YAQU PACHA e.V. association is to carry out and promote projects that serve to protect, preserve, and study aquatic mammal species in Latin America. The type of projects to be carried out and promoted is determined by the executive board in consultation with the advisory board. In addition, the association aims to spread interest in species conservation projects among all sections of the population.
The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes.
