Statutes – The purpose of the society YAQU PACHA e.V. is to carry out and promote projects that serve the protection, conservation and study of aquatic mammal species of Latin America. The type of projects to be carried out and funded shall be determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Advisory Board. In addition, the association is intended to spread interest in species conservation projects in all circles of the population.
The association pursues exclusively charitable purposes.
