All projects of YAQU PACHA are financed by donations, membership fees and sales articles.

YAQU PACHA e.V. was founded in 1992 as a species protection organization, is registered in the register of associations of the district court of Nuremberg under the number: VR 2555 and pursues exclusively non-profit purposes.

By certificate of the tax office Nuremberg (St.-Nr. 241/111/70025) was confirmed to our society with the last us received exemption notice of 04.10.2019 because of the promotion of the animal protection the non-profit character.

The board of directors of YAQU PACHA e.V. and all employees in Germany work for the society on a voluntary and unpaid basis.

YAQU PACHA e.V. has been active in the conservation of endangered aquatic mammal species in South America and Latin America for 30 years and endangered dolphin species such as the La Plata dolphin, the Amazon dolphin or the California porpoise vaquita and other marine mammals urgently need our protection. YAQU PACHA, as a species conservation organization, is committed to their protection and through your support you help ensure their survival. All donations go directly to our conservation projects, as we are all volunteers.

For your financial support you will of course receive a donation receipt from us.
