YAQU PACHA e.V. was founded in 1992 as a species conservation organization. It is registered in the register of associations of the Nuremberg District Court under No. VR 2555 and pursues exclusively charitable purposes.
Our company's non-profit status was confirmed by the Nuremberg tax office (tax number 241/111/70025) in the latest exemption notice we received on September 15, 2025, due to our promotion of animal welfare.
The YAQU PACHA board and all employees in Germany work for the organization on a voluntary basis and without remuneration.
YAQU PACHA e.V. has been actively involved in the conservation of endangered aquatic mammals in South America and Latin America for over 30 years. Threatened dolphin species such as the La Plata dolphin, the Amazon river dolphin, the California porpoise Vaquita, and other marine mammals urgently need our protection. YAQU PACHA is a species conservation organization committed to their protection, and your support and donations help to ensure the survival of these dolphins. All donations go directly to our species conservation projects, as we all work on a voluntary basis.
